In the event of an obvious error in the odds displayed — for example, odds that are manifestly inconsistent with the prevailing market price — the Platform reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the User's account. This right will be exercised reasonably and not to deprive Users of fairly won returns.

For cricket markets specifically — including PSL T20, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board or tournament organiser. In the event of a match interruption, abandonment or result governed by Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) methodology, applicable sport-specific rules will apply.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mxbet Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification or account operation.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform's content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. The mxbet name, logo and all related marks, trade dress and product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of mxbet. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, trade name or service mark of mxbet without prior written consent.

mxbet does not accept liability for losses arising from gambling outcomes, changes in odds, event cancellations, technical outages, or the actions of third-party payment providers. mxbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

Upon termination for cause, any balance derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Genuine real-money balances not derived from prohibited activity will be returned to the verified account holder via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the Support team. Voluntary account closure does not automatically constitute a self-exclusion request — users wishing to self-exclude must explicitly make such a request through the responsible gambling tools.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the Support team, Users may escalate to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under the applicable regulatory framework. mxbet will co-operate fully with any such process.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law in your jurisdiction.
